The aim of the festival is to bring all South Australians to the event, promote and educate on a vegan, green, compassionate, healthy and sustainable lifestyle. The festival aims to be family friendly with a fun-filled atmosphere.

Goals

• educate on veganism in the aspects of health, environment, and animal rights
• promote a vegan life style and vegan products
• support and provide advice on becoming vegan (and/or a vegan parent)
• promote healthy and active living
• teach vegan cooking
• raise environmental issues - how each of us can save our planet
• raise animal rights issues

Policy

• All products being sold and displayed to be 100% VEGAN
• Environmently positive event as much as possible - Vegan Festival's Actions to be more climate positive
• Stallholders encouraged to be as much climate positive as possible
• A not-for-profit event (we rely on sponsors' genorosity and volunteers' kindness)

Composition of the Festival

• Approximately 60 stalls including; vegan products (shoes, cosmetics, clothing etc), vegan food stalls, animal rights groups, vegan and vegetarian societies, natural parenting stalls, sustainability and eco friendly solutions
• Entertainment including Live Performance, Kids Zone with free activities for children, Interactive Workshops, Cooking Demos, Arts Display, Movie Screenings
• Wheelchair access, smoke-free venue, pet friendly event
