Antonia
A uniquely emotive vocalist, with a lively, percussive and strongly rhythmic guitar style, Antonia works in semi-acoustic mode restyling cover versions of songs across genres from pop and rock to blues and country. An experienced and high calibre vocal coach and teacher, Antonia has taught music to over 200 child and adult students. Antonia embraces, understands and uses the power of music to express the human condition and to uplift and inspire. She also writes unique, honest and thought - provoking original music. Antonia has performed originals for the Songwriters', Composers and Lyricists Association and was the Overall Winner of the Star Encouragement Award section of SCALA's 2011 FOOM Song Competition. She has also performed her original music live on 3D Radio and on Radio Adelaide's Songcatcher' program. She is currently teaching, writing and playing gigs.
