Francesco's

Anyone who has strolled around Venice in search of something to eat will have come across cicchetti. Cicchetti are served in bars, bacari, and other eateries from late morning onwards and are the Venetian equivalent of Italian antipasti, Spanish tapas, French canapes, Thai street food, or English finger food. Cicchetti are irresistible little morsels full of local flavour. Made using traditional methods and local sustainable produce, Francesco’s vegan treats are the best of Italian cooking, trading at Plant 4 Bowden Markets, events around Adelaide, and now with their own restaurant, Francesco's Osteria. Cicchetti is a comprehensive collection of authentic and innovative recipes that will set your taste buds tingling.

Alfie's Kitchen

Alfie's Kitchen is an alternative, vegan food company that values creative, sustainable, and wholesome food practices. We love how food brings people together and connects diners to the field. We work with like-minded, small producers who share our vision and passion for produce. We run a vegan pop-up restaurant, a mobile catering kitchen, and make pickles. Our menus are inspired by the seasons and our produce is sustainable and traceable to origin. We showcase local practitioners, makers, producers, and growers in the community while practicing ethical food production and sustainable business methods.

We believe in slow food and taking the time to do things thoughtfully.

Zac Bird

Zac Bird is a home cook who loves to create food that is fatty, indulgent, and all the things people think vegan food shouldn't be. He started an Instagram account in order to surround himself with more cruelty free food and fell in love with engaging the community and creating things to share. Since then, he's operated a pop-up ice-cream shop, worked with brands to introduce their vegan products, given food demonstrations, and had his recipes shared around the world. He loves anything deep fried and gluttonous and is most happy in his kitchen, glass of wine in hand and funky music playing. You can find him anywhere delicious vegan food is served or being talked about.
